In this chat video Kevin and Key discuss the program that just ended in 2014, and the Advanced Real Estate Program to come in 2015. The i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training Program is a Broker directed course that occurs live in the Main Office Location and spans 3 months on alternate weeks.


The 24 Live Sessions are divided between Master Trainer Kevin Ahearn, and Internet Strategist Key Yessaad. Each session is 3 hours long and is not a Webinar - it is live and interactive and forces agents to think, ask questions, and enhance their Real Estate Career. Sessions take place Mondays and Tuesdays with Kevin, and Wednesdays and Thursdays with Key from 1pm to 4pm Eastern.


Each Session comes with a 15-page or so handout, quizzes, assignments, and a focus on implementation not just intellectual learning. Participants have to fill-in the handout and are requested to discuss their progress with their Broker. On alternate weeks with no training, agents are given assignments to implement what they have learned and ask questions and request support.

Kevin Ahearn and Key Yessaad chat about the week of Training that just completed December 4th 2014. The i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training Program resumes again in 2015 starting January the 5th. What makes our training program unique is that it is Live and Interactive - it allows agents to participate, ask question, then quiz themselves and implement the ideas they have learned during the course.


A whole round of the Program is 3 months long with a total of 24 sessions, each 3 hours long, on alternate weeks - which means that the participants attend the training event Monday through Thursday from 1pm to 4pm Eastern one week, then are off the week that follows. The Gap Weeks in the Training allow the Real Estate Agents to practice what they learned, them come back to ask more questions and deepen their knowledge.

This video chat was recorded July 10th, 2014 as we were finishing Week 1 of the i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training Program, and we were happy to see so many engaged and focused Agents and Brokers pushing their Business to the next level. A Real Estate career is not an easy endeavor, but with the proper mindset, tools, systems, checklists, scripts, dialogs, and internet strategies, we have seen many agents flourish and thrive.


The heart and soul of Week 2 is simply put: Prospecting. Real Estate Prospecting is the cornerstone of a successful career. Real Estate Agents must have a Plan of Action that puts them in the middle of the action, namely Sellers looking to sell their Houses and Buyers looking to purchase Homes. Prospecting is the one Job Real Estate Agents must never take fro granted, but it must be effective and produce results.


We will also tackle the Spiders of the internet and how we can leverage them to our advantage for ranking, SEO, traffic, and lead Generation.

Video recorded June 26th, 2014: Kevin Ahearn and Key Yessaad chat about the Upcoming Summer Training Sessions of i-FAStTRAC - The Live Interactive Training Program that brings to Real Estate Agents 2 National Trainers, and covering the most important Real Estate Success Techniques in the industry.


The Training is a 3-month long intensive Sales Program with a total of 24 Sessions that take place on alternating Weeks. A typical Training Week starts on Monday and ends on Thursday, from 1pm to 4pm Eastern. The Sessions are Live and Interactive and use Advanced Video Conferencing to allow the participants to see each other, talk to each other, and interact with questions and Assignments from the comfort of the participants' office.


The total number of live sessions is 72 hours divided between Kevin Ahearn on Mondays and Tuesdays, and Key Yessaad on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Spring i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training starts Monday April 14th 2014


In this video recorded April 2nd, Kevin and Key chat about the upcoming Spring 2014 Real Estate Training. i-FAStTRAC starts with session 1 Monday April 14th and will go on over 3 months to June 26th.


The whole program consists of 24 sessions, each 3 hours long, of live and interactive Real Estate Training and Coaching led by Kevin Ahearn and Key Yessaad. Participants attend sessions Monday through Thursday from 1pm to 4pm Eastern on alternating weeks. The program is held on advance Live Internet Video Systems in which both the instructors and the participants interact visually and with electronic boards.


Sessions come handouts, Quizzes, Assignments, and a Web Platform for further How-To Videos and Forum Discussions. Real Estate Participants spend Mondays and Tuesdays with Kevin Ahearn, and 30-year veteran Master Trainer, and Wednesdays and Thursdays with Key Yessaad an Advanced Internet Strategist with over 10-year focus on the Real estate industry.

It’s Thursday March 20th, 2014 and Kevin and Key just finished Week 2 of i-FAStTRAC 201; the Advanced Real Estate Training Program. In this video they chat about the week that was and the topics they covered and then share an overview of the topics that are coming during the final week of i-FAStTRAC 201.


This past Monday and Tuesday Kevin stayed focused on every aspect of the Listing Presentation, from the Demonstration Phase to the Closing Phase. Kevin also instructed agents on the importance of controlling the pricing Strategy and how to secure ‘Marketable’ listings.


Key trained the agents Wednesday and Thursday on How to Carve a Local Real Estate Market and create Navigational Landing Pages in Agents’ Websites; then how to integrate through Direct Response Marketing Web Pages called Squeeze Pages, with Web Forms, QR Codes and printed Postcards, Newsletters, and Direct Mail.
