Kevin C. Ahearn M.B.A., GRI, SRMM, ABR
  • Entered the Real Estate Profession in 1972
  • Has achieved Broker License Status in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Florida. Prior to moving to Florida, Kevin was co-owner of a multi-office Residential Real Estate Company in Connecticut.
  • Kevin is a Certified Real Estate Instructor in Florida. He has owned his own Real Estate Licensing School. He has licensed and trained over 75,000 Real Estate Agents across North America.
  • Before joining Exit Realty Florida as Vice President of Growth and Business Development, Kevin held the same position with EXIT Realty/theDestinations Group, Signature GMAC Real Estate and Higgins & Heath/Better Homes and Gardens both located in Orlando, Florida.Before moving to Orlando in 1996, Kevin was Vice President of Recruiting and Trainingfor Gimelstob Realty/Better Homes and Gardens in Boca Raton, Florida, a 35-office operation with over 1500 associates.
  • Kevin was the personal trainer/coach of John Turco from Gimelstob Realty; the Rookie of the Year in 1992with a rookie year closed sales volume of $20.3 million. Johnwas also the #1 Agent in Better Homes and Gardens for 1996with over $36 million in closed sales volume.
  • Kevin is Owner/Founder of the Real Estate Training Institute, Inc. a sales consulting and training firm. The Institute is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.
  • Kevin is the author of numerous award-winning training programs including ‘FAStTRAC’a spaced-trained, production-oriented foundational program for newan under-achievingassociates. Kevin has conducted his nationally-acclaimed ‘FAStTRAC’training program for hundreds of companies around the country.
  • Kevin has been co-creator/multiple recipient of numerous ‘Best of Show’awards at the Better Homes and Gardens/GMAC Real Estate Annual Conventions.
  • In 2001, while serving as Vice-President of Business Developmentfor Signature/GMAC Real Estate, the company was recognized as the fastest growing GMAC Real Estate firm in the United States with a growth rate of 550%. Kevin’s main responsibilities were recruiting, trainingand business development.
  • Kevin is credited with developing and implementing EXIT Realty’s Live/Inter-Active Video Conference Real Estate Sales Training.
  • In May of 2006, Kevin was promoted to Vice President Agent Growth & Development for Exit Realty International, Corp.
