Week 1 of the Newly Upgraded i-FAStTRAC 101 Real Estate Training Program - #livetrainingre video - ended with over 600 agents as members of the website, over 12 hours of live instructions, and more than 44 How-To Videos available to our participating agents and brokers.
Kevin and I focused the agents on Business Fundamentals such as Time Management, Technology and Contact Management, Advanced Weekly Activity Reports, the commitments of Success, and I wrapped up the week with understanding Inbound Marketing and how it has transformed the Real Estate Business.
Week 3 of i-FAStTRAC 101 starts Monday August 26th and Kevin’s focus all week will be on Prioritized Proactive Prospecting, with topics such as Farming, FSBO Prospecting, Effective Just Listed Promotions, and Expired Listings Lead Generation.
I will delve on the wedge between agents and their clients on the internet, namely Search Engines and how crawlers work, then move on to the important topic of The Marketing Bio and its channels of Visibility. Remember Week 2 is your Assignment week as well as practical in the world application of what you learned in the Live Training Sessions.
